To install a decoder for this audio format you need to perform the following steps:
1.Download the Windows version of binary codec pack for MPlayer.(選擇binary Codec下載)

2.Extract these files from the .zip archive: cook.dll, pncrt.dll, sipr3260.dll, drv33260.dll, drv43260.dll (解壓縮之後只需COPY這五個檔)
若影像顛倒,則不要複製drv43260.dll3.Put those files in this folder: C:\Windows
